Filled with purple raspberry puree (which we picked ourselves and then froze as a puree in the summer), along with chopped pecans and cinnamon. The dough is spiked with cardamom for a bit of warm spice too. The peppermint flavour really infuses the whole thing, even though it's only added at the end.
